Feature Requests

I downloaded PhotoArt today and it offered me a discount. if I ordered today of %9.99/year 14.27/year. Don't know why the two different prices per year, but I assumed it must be with and without discount. Good price, so I accepted the offer. After doing so, I reqd on the next page thqt I would be charged $9.99 per month, which is NOT a good price as this would be over 120.00 per year! What is going on? I would keep the subscription for 9.99 or 14.27 per year, but NOT 9.99 per month.
