Hello,
I recently discovered that my child accidentally subscribed to your app without my knowledge or permission. I was unaware of this transaction until I saw the charge, and I did not authorize the purchase.
As the account holder and payer, I’m requesting a refund for this unintended subscription. I understand that accidents happen, but I hope you can help reverse the charge given the circumstances.
